Menopause Coaching and Education
Empower Menopause provides menopause coaching and education sessions designed to support women in understanding and navigating their menopause journey.
During a session, clients may discuss their menopause experience, symptoms, lifestyle, general health, current medications, and other relevant background information. This information helps the coach understand individual concerns, provide evidence-based education, support informed decision-making, and identify when referral or signposting to an appropriate healthcare professional may be beneficial.
Menopause coaching sessions are educational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute a medical consultation and do not provide a diagnosis, clinical assessment, prescription, or personalised treatment plan.
Evidence-based information may be discussed on topics including menopause symptoms, lifestyle approaches, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and other treatment options. However, decisions relating to diagnosis, investigations, medications, or treatment should always be made in consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Clients should not start, stop, or alter any prescribed medication solely on the basis of information provided during a coaching session.

Clinical consultations are a separate healthcare service and are booked independently through SwiftDoctor. Medical assessments, diagnosis, prescribing, and personalised treatment recommendations are only available as part of a clinical consultation and not through Empower Menopause coaching sessions.
Where a coaching client may benefit from further medical assessment or treatment, Empower Menopause can discuss the available options and, where appropriate, refer or signpost them to SwiftDoctor for a clinical menopause consultation.
Any subsequent clinical care, assessment, prescribing, or treatment decisions are provided separately through SwiftDoctor and are not part of the Empower Menopause coaching service.
